In this 7 minute video I show you how to microdose psilocybin mushrooms to reduce anxiety and depression. Studies have shown that microdosing psychedelics can reduce anxiety and depression by building new neural pathways. The amount is usually around 1/10 of a gram of psilocybin. That’s nearly 1/8 of a teaspoon. A pinch! The definition of microdose is “if you feel it, take half”. Microdosing psychedelics is sustainable because it’s subperceptible meaning you will not feel altered or drugged. Most of my clients describe microdosing as feeling more in their skin, more at ease, more content and more willing to face, engage and participate in their lives.
Believe it or Not. Psychedelics can be sobering. This episode dispels the myth that microdosing psychedelics ‘alter’ you.
In this study, 27 unique articles were initially screened based on their titles and abstracts. Following this process, 19 articles were deemed suitable for inclusion in the final review. These articles were specifically selected due to their relevance to the relationship between mental health and psychedelic microdosing.
Personally, I began microdosing psychedelics on the first day I saw the Me Too movement on my FB feed, October 6, 2017. My first day, I felt like I had a flashlight with a fully charged battery in the palm of my hand as i faced a dark, dense, basement staircase. When hundreds of my girlfriends were sharing their stories of being sexually violated, I found courage to face, engage, and participate with added light from microdosing psilocybin. Their courage and my neurogenesis (from microdosing) along with seeing my therapist helped me keep looking up, looking out and looking inside for guidance.
