A new poll found that North Dakota likely voters support the marijuana legalization initiative on the November ballot, 45 percent to 40 percent, with 15 percent still undecided.

The Drug Enforcement Administration is trying to disqualify experts from delivering what it says would be “incompetent” testimony at a hearing about its proposed ban of certain psychedelics, arguing that allowing them to discuss harms to research “would result in a waste of judicial time and resources.”

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost (D-FL) filed legislation to repeal a law that allows housing discrimination against people who have been convicted of manufacturing or distributing marijuana or other illegal drugs.
